Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Trade Operations Manager in implementing commodity trading contracts signed.
  • Review and check contract clauses, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Formulate import Letter of Credit (LC) applications in accordance with the contracts.
  • Liaise with commercial banks on the issuance of LCs.
  • Ensure full compliance of LC documents with the terms and conditions of LCs.
  • Review trading contracts and follow up on shipping logistics arrangements.
  • Handle shipping documents such as Bills of Lading, Mate's Receipts, and other required documentation.
