Main Responsibilities Support the Security & Building Services (SBS) operations of One Raffles Place to meet Grade A commercial building standards.
Job Description - Carry out any ad-hoc duties or assignments as assigned by Management.
- Engage and align all stakeholders with clear, results-oriented communication.
- Evaluate contracts' specifications to ensure cost effectiveness and competitiveness.
- Execute and improve Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and departmental Business Continuity Plan (BCP).
- Execute capital replacement works, asset enhancement initiatives and maintenance repair/replacement whenever assigned.
- Execute plans and supervise daily operations for One Raffles Place to ensure excellent standards are achieved and requirements are met according to agreed service levels.
