This role requires you to manage the day-to-day operations of a group of car parks and enforcement units. Other duties include liaising with government bodies, contractors and office personnel. As most of our operations are 24-hour basis, the executive may have to work odd hours, over weekends and public holidays. The potential candidates must remain contactable for management support after office hours.

• Supervise a group of carpark and enforcement staff.
• Client relationships.
• Project management.
• Operations audit.
• Prepare daily and monthly reports.

• Minimum Higher Nitec.
• At least 1-2 years of supervisory experience.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good leadership qualities.
• Must possess own mode of transport (motorcycle/car).
