About the role
This is a full-time Operations Executive position within the Ocean Freight team at Geodis Singapore Pte. Ltd., based in the East Region. As the Operations Executive, Ocean Freight, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely ocean freight import and export transportation services, selecting the most suitable carriers for on time services.
Responsibility: Responsibilities will largely depend on the employees capacities but include (or may include) : Handling of shipments & documentation from A to Z Daily Reporting of project shipments as per client requirements Coordinate ocean freight shipments and transport arrangements Build and maintain good rapport with customers to fulfill their requirements Book services with co-loaders & shipping line for export Import and export permit declarations and custom clearance Process customers' orders promptly and prepare billings/invoices Work closely with internal departments to coordinate customers' shipme...
