            Operations & Coordination  Oversee daily bunker operations and vessel scheduling. 
Liaise with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities to ensure smooth bunker delivery arrangements. 
Monitor loading/discharging activities for operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. 
 Documentation & Reporting  Prepare and verify all operational documents including BDNs, cargo documents, delivery reports, SOFs, and port documentation. 
Maintain accurate records of cargo quantities, fuel transfers, and inventory movements. 
Prepare operational reports and provide timely management updates. 
 Compliance & Safety  Conduct spot checks on bunker operations to ensure adherence to safety standards, maritime regulations, and company policies.
