Job Summary The Operations Executive will be responsible for end-to-end operational execution of middle distillates trading activities, including contract administration, shipping coordination, and logistics management. The role ensures smooth execution of trades in compliance with contractual terms while supporting commercial objectives and minimizing operational risks.
Key Responsibilities - Manage full spectrum of operations for light - middle distillates products from trade confirmation to final settlement
- Review and verify sale and purchase contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with agreed terms
- Coordinate with traders, counterparties, suppliers, inspectors and terminals on cargo scheduling and delivery
- Handle shipping and logistics arrangements, including vessel nomination, laycan management, and voyage monitoring
