Execute operations processes by determining product packing, handling and storage requirements to ensure continuous product supply. 
Manage customer’s enquiries and warranty claims and set customer-service standards according to company policies. 
Ensure timely payment by customers as per company policies. 
Contribute operations information and recommendations to management for sales forecasting, import/export planning and production management.
