Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign chauffeurs for daily trips while ensuring optimal fleet utilization.
• Monitor trip status in real time and adjust assignments based on traffic, client requests, and operational needs.
• Coordinate with clients, chauffeurs, and the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain clear communication with chauffeurs regarding trip details, timings, and special instructions.
• Ensure a smooth customer experience consistent with Patriot Limousine’s luxury service standards.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, ITC standards, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in operations, preferably in transportation, limousine, or hospitality.
