Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily bunker operations and vessel schedules.
Liaise with vessel masters, barge operators, surveyors, suppliers, and port authorities regarding bunker delivery arrangements.
Monitor bunker loading and discharge activities to ensure smooth operations and compliance with procedures.
Prepare and verify operational documents, including Bunker Delivery Notes (BDN), cargo documents, delivery reports, port documentation and Statements of Facts (SOF).
Track vessel movements and provide operational updates to customers.
