Our client in the BPO space is searching for an Operations Director to lead and scale a healthcare insurance program. 

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic senior operations leader with robust background in the BPO space showcasing exceptional skills in leadership, strategy development, and operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in driving performance and achieving business objectives through innovative solutions.

Qualifications:

• Operations management experience ideally in a Director level function; seasoned Senior Operations Managers (at least 5 years in the role) are welcome to apply
• Must have experience in managing a healthcare or insurance account.
