As Operations Data Steward you are responsible for Bill Of Materials (BOM) enrichments for ensuring the completeness, accuracy, and consistency of BOM data within an organization. You work closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to collect, analyze, and enrich BOM data to support product design, manufacturing, asset management/maintenance and supply chain management.
Responsibilities
You lead pro-actively the spares migration activities in the ERP systems updating data in a timely manner
You ensure data accuracy: This involves verifying the accuracy of BOM data, including part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and costs, and ensuring that it is consistent with engineering and manufacturing specifications. This involves adding additional data to the BOM, such as supplier information, lead times, and alternative parts, to support supply chain management and cost optimization
