 Job Description:  Key Responsibilities::  Coordinate end-to-end order processing from order placement to last-mile delivery 
Monitor real-time order flow and ensure timely fulfilment across all sales channels 
Liaise with warehouse, picking, packing, and delivery teams to meet service-level targets 
Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment with procurement and vendor partners 
Resolve order-related issues including cancellations, refunds, and delivery escalations 
Maintain and update product listings, pricing, and availability on the platform 
Monitor KPIs such as order accuracy, fulfilment time, cancellation rate, and CSAT
