Location: 100% Remote (Must be based near Irvine, CA)

Travel: Occasional travel to the Irvine, CA office for meetings and trainings

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support a District, Area, or Functional team with project coordination and administrative activities. This role is responsible for tracking deliverables, maintaining accurate reporting systems, supporting meetings, and ensuring project timelines stay on track.
