This role will be full time in office at our Santa Monica location.


Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. 2 years of experience in human resources, administration, or operations roles.


Experience in HR operations, including employee record management and onboarding processes.


Familiarity with HR software and tools (HRIS) Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.


Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and processing documentation.


Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR software.


Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
