Key Responsibilities: Follow up with selected candidates after approval. Collect and verify passports and required documents. Maintain and update candidate records in Zoho Recruit and Excel. Coordinate with overseas clients regarding candidate status. Follow up on medical examinations, visas, and travel arrangements. Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
