You will play a pivotal role in effectively coordinating flights, and monitoring the operational performance of flight followers, flight coordinators, and pilots. You will provide guidance, support, and coaching to ensure a high-performing and cohesive team environment while managing the day-to-day operations of Starlink Aviation's operations control center.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee Operations Control Center (OCC) activities to ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements;
• Coordinate flight operations, including flight planning, crew scheduling, aircraft assignment, and resource allocation, to optimize operational efficiency;
