Nesco Resource is looking for an Operations Associate-Tubing 3rd Shift located in Bethel, CT. This is a temp to perm opportunity for the right candidate.



Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11PM-7AM



Pay: $20/hour depending on experience (+24% shift differential)



Overview:

Seeking a skilled operator to execute key phases of precision tube and wire manufacturing, including tube/bar drawing, heat treating, precision cutting, and centerless grinding. Responsibilities must be completed via Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and work instructions. This role supports production scheduling, process improvement, and equipment maintenance while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
