Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end flow of home delivery orders within established service standards.
- Work directly with stores and home delivery carriers nationally to resolve pending orders and customer return transfers.
- Ensure products are returned to stores or distribution centers within targeted timelines.
- Monitor and manage order flow between customers, carriers, and stores to prevent delays.
- Provide timely and accurate updates to internal partners regarding delivery status.
- Assist in resolving pre- and post-delivery issues, including inventory discrepancies.
- Deliver excellent customer service by supporting stores and addressing inquiries efficiently.
