We’re looking for an Operations Assistant to support fulfilment, inventory, retail, and backend operations.
This role is essential in ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes while also supporting customer experience during showroom sessions, pop-ups, and events. You’ll work closely with the team to keep things organised, accurate, and on track.
Roles & responsibilities Fulfilment & Orders - Pack and process daily orders accurately
- Coordinate shipments and deliveries
- Ensure timely dispatch of orders
Inventory Management - Track stock levels and update inventory systems
- Assist with stock counts and organisation
- Ensure product availability is accurate online
Retail & Customer Experience - Assist customers during showroom appointments and pop-ups
- Support styling guidance and product recommendations
- Maintain store presentation and cleanliness
