We are looking for an energetic and highly organized Operations Assistant to assist with coach scheduling and workforce operations for youth sports programs across Canada. This role requires a combination of high-level coordination, real-time problem solving, and operational responsiveness to ensure programs run smoothly every day.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain weekly coaching schedules across multiple programs and regions across Canada
• Coordinate staffing assignments based on coach availability, certifications, travel requirements, and program needs
• Monitor schedule coverage daily and proactively identify potential staffing gaps
