  The Job 
  You will: 
 Oversees the daily operations of the Forge Workshop and ensure all tools and equipment are well maintained and in safe conditions
 Maintains optimal inventory stock level including supervising daily delivery and issuance of stock
 Calculate costs and assist in preparation of annual budgets
 Ensure the site operations comply with the latest safety standards and requirements
 Perform periodic work site inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all staff
 Assist in preparations of annual budgets and revision of departmental policies and protocols relating to workshop operations and maintenance
 Any other duties as assigned by the Head Farrier and his delegate
 
  About You 
  You should have: 
 At least 3 years of working experience
 Appropriate level of training in first-aid would be an advantage
