Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Securities Settlement Analyst to support daily settlement operations and ensure all settlement activities are completed accurately, timely, and within market deadlines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure all settlement activity and processes are completed with accuracy, timeliness, and completeness within market time frames.
• Provide a high level of service by responding promptly and accurately to daily queries and requests regarding Security Trade Settlement.
• Respond to specific requests received via email, query tracking systems, telephone, or email.
• Perform accurate and complete reconciliation for End of Day / Ledger Balancing.
• Demonstrate the ability to adapt to tight deadlines occurring within Securities Settlement.
• Escalate immediate concerns and risks to the Management team as appro...
