SUMMARY

This position supports Medical Group Operations through workforce planning support, operational analysis, and coordination of cross-functional initiatives across clinical departments and the Health System. This role partners with departmental and institutional stakeholders to gather, analyze, and interpret data related to workforce planning, position management, clinical effort, productivity, recruitment, and departmental priorities. The position supports cross-functional initiatives through data-informed analysis, process coordination, and ongoing monitoring of departmental needs and performance trends. Responsibilities include maintaining tracking processes, supporting incentive and clinical effort data validation, identifying risks or gaps, and contributing to reporting and decision-making efforts that align departmental priorities with Medical Group and Health System objectives.
