Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an Operations Analyst for the Digital Service & Customer Experience team. This person will help manage ticket tracking for ad-hoc communications going out to customers. They will spend 70% of their day working on getting out communications requested by the business and 30% of their day maintaining detailed documentation, status reporting, and action item follow up to ensure deliverables are completed on time. The role partners cross functionally to gather information, resolve issues, document processes, and drive alignment across stakeholders. This person will also support broader project activities by understanding project plans, dependencies, milestones, and end to end process flows while remaining flexible and adaptable to shifting priorities in a fast paced environment. This role will be performed 4 days a week on-site in Charlotte, NC and the pay rate is between $39.50-45/hr.
