Job Responsibilities - Provide operational support for import/export and logistics activities, including preparation and management of invoices and shipping documents.
- Liaise with logistics vendors, customers, group companies, and headquarters in Japan to ensure smooth coordination.
- Handle back‑office administration, such as invoice processing, payment support, expense claims, and office administration.
- Coordinate with external service providers for accounting, payroll, and other outsourced functions.
- Support office setup and process stabilization during the start‑up phase.
