            Minimum qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT System Administrator, or in a related field, or equivalent practical experience. 
5 years of experience in network operations and data communications. 
5 years of experience in program management. 
5 years of experience with network multilayered OSS, network design, and network security. 
 Preferred qualifications:  Experience with Enterprise Networking for e.g. L3 Routing, Switching (CISCO) SD WAN and Security (eg FW). 
Experience with Network Operations, OSS Systems, Software implementations and lifecycle management. 
Experience with data communications protocols, Data Network design, Open Network protocols, models and strategies. 
Familiarity with software/coding, operating systems, database structure and related experiences. 
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
