The Operations Supervisor is responsible for end‑to‑end oversight of warehouse operations, inventory control, and quality assurance. The position ensures the seamless execution of shipping, receiving, and stock management while managing ad‑hoc operations requests on value‑added work such as RockCycle (waste sorting), lamination processes and other insulation value‑added work. The incumbent serves as a critical link in the organisation, managing facility infrastructure, security, and government compliance. The role focuses on optimizing operational performance, ensuring the safe use of material‑handling equipment, and providing strategic insights as a logistics specialist.
