**The Position**

Based in Ingelheim, you will take on the role of Operational Security Resilience Manager to strengthen our capability to manage disruption and protect critical operations.

In this position, you will be at the heart of the security function and play a key role in ensuring the organization can anticipate, respond to, and recover from major incidents. You will work closely with site leaders and cross-functional teams to support resilience across the business.

This position has a hybrid setup with approximately 3 days per week on site.

**Tasks & responsibilities**

+ In this role, you will support the implementation of the enterprise resilience programme across operations, including crisis management, incident response, and business continuity.
