Participate in strategic planning together with the Head of Enterprise Risk Management and develop or establish Operational Risk Management Strategies aligned with the overall objectives of Home Credit Philippines.
Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry best practices that could impact operational risk management, including Krungsri/BAY consolidated policies and procedures that may affect operational risk.
Monitor and update the Operational Risk Appetite of Home Credit Philippines, ensuring that breaches of set limits are escalated to the Board of Directors or Senior Management promptly.
Review outputs of the teams – Operational Risk Team Leader and Outsourcing Team Leader – ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and target quality.
Assess the potential impact of operational risks on the organization’s ability to meet its goals and objectives.
