Managed Equipment Service Contract Manager

Are you ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact? The postholder will oversee and coordinate the Managed Equipment Service for the Cardiology Clinical Service, working with the Senior Leadership Team and engaging with senior stakeholders across the Trust to ensure timely delivery of major equipment replacement programmes.

Key responsibilities include driving compliance across maintenance, asset availability, helpdesk support and staff training, navigating contracts, monitoring performance, and resolving challenges. The role also leads a business support team comprising the MES Coordinator and Business Support Lead.

Main duties of the job

• Collaborate with the Cardiac team, Estates, Trust colleagues, PFI Partners, MES providers, and internal stakeholders to oversee the equipment replacement plan and ensure alignment with timelines and contract terms.
