Sitting within UNICEF Digital Inclusion and working closely with program leadership, the role serves as the operational backbone of the organization. It owns three interlocking responsibilities: developing an internal strategic narrative, designing and stewarding a governance model for accountability, and owning the delivery platform (ClickUp) as the system of record for project execution and performance visibility.
