Infinite are continuing to partner with a global FMCG business that specialises in a premium product, we’re looking to speak with OpEx Managers in and around Hereford with a strong lean manufacturing background.

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of the IWS journey at the manufacturing site. Accountable for driving performance improvements, reducing losses and building total colleague engagement.
• Performance Optimisation: Deliver breakthrough improvements in OEE, minimise downtime and ensure adherence to production schedules using lean methodologies.
• Identify key losses and capability gaps to maintain site Master and 90 Day Plans.
