Overview 1 year contract. Up to $3k/$4k (depends on experience). Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30pm. Changi/Tuas (shuttle service provided).
Responsibilities - Manage daily store transaction.
- Checking physical condition and quantity. Process handing over & taking over document.
- Perform store keeping for items issued to workshops. Perform store keeping for individual workshops.
- Maintain proper records of all store transactions including DO/DN filing. Conduct and be responsible for stock taking.
- Manage dispatch and receipt of documents and items purchased. Perform of GRD in SAP on service and goods purchased.
- Monitor and sending IMTE and Lifting Equipment for calibration and inspection, update records when the items have returned.
- Subjected to recall during urgent work requests and any other duties as assigned.
Working Hours Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30pm
