RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure the sputtering machine is tuned to achieve higher capacity. Adjust the sputtering parameter to maintain high-quality output and minimizing defects. After Machine PM & changed material, perform conditioning to achieve guzik and start Mass production ASAP. Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition. Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials and reducing waste. Work closely with teams from different departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues. Analyze data from the sputtering process to identify trends and areas for improvement. Base on data analysis, make precise adjustments to the sputtering machine to enhance performance and quality. Implement a continuous improvement approach to keep refining the sputtering process and achieve better results over time.
