            Roles & Responsibilities  Oversee and manage daily operation activities. 
Perform quality controls and monitor production. 
Train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel, and discipline employees. 
Find ways to increase quality of customer service. 
Monitor inventory levels to ensure products are available when needed. 
Ensure products are stored properly to eliminate spoilage or damage. 
Review sales reports regularly to identify opportunities for inventory turnover or markdowns. 
Set up computerized inventory tracking systems to monitor product sales and inventory levels. 
Be responsible for the productivity and efficiency of the operations in the warehouse. 
Implement HSE system in the work environment. 
Manage storage and materials handling duties related to the warehouse. 
Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products and increase sales volume.
