I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations Oversight: Manage and supervise the entire End-to-End logistics process, including Ocean Freight, Air Freight, Inland Trucking, and Warehousing services. Performance Optimization: Analyze and evaluate the performance of all transportation routes and operational workflows to propose improvement solutions, aiming to reduce costs and Turnaround Time (TAT).
