• Lead daily operations & coordinate multiple teams
• Plan marketing, sales, and influencer campaigns strategies
• Recruit, guide, and manage agents to meet targets
• Analyze customer behavior, competitor activities and market trends to maximize engagement
• Monitor team performance & prepare operational reports
• Respond promptly to emergencies & urgent requests
