Address customers’ requests, feedback and queries via email and phone calls and other channels.
Communicate effectively with customers and warehouse operations to respond to enquiries within the required response time while maintaining a high quality of service.
Be proactive to resolve any escalation of customer issues or complaints.
Manage the receiving & processing functions following the warehouse operation.
Ensure paperwork is correct, matches the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and maintain organized records of shipping and receiving documents.
Update the WMS daily to reflect all warehouse activities.
Assist in issue shipping documents (e.g: Bills of Lading, Arrival Notice, Declare Import & Export Permit).
Make sure customer’s orders are processed promptly & accurately.
Make sure timely & accurate billing process.
