Job Description & Requirements Jobs Descriptions:
  • Manpower planning - Recruit, train, assign, schedule, coach, counsel and discipline employees
  • Communicate job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising and reviewing job contributions
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and procedures
  • Responsible for operation supervisors, with review/approval responsibility for all operations employees
  • Maintain great relationships with key business partners
  • Work closely with Operation Head and management team to set and implement policies, procedures and systems
Job Requirements:
  • Able to work night shift
  • 6 days a week, location Tampines or Queenstown
  • Team Player
  • Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
