This role is crucial in ensuring smooth transaction flows, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high service standards across payment channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily RMB deposit and withdrawal operations for FX brokers
• Monitor transactions and ensure timely and accurate processing
• Liaise with FX merchants and internal teams to resolve transaction issues
