            Responsibilities  Act as a main coordinator on daily operation with our clients and internal departments. 
Handling airline bookings and procedures. 
Follow up daily shipments orders and prepare full set of export documents 
Handle customers enquires, quotations, oversee agent correspondence and offering solutions. 
Handling Pre-Alert to destination offices/agents. 
Printout HAWB, manifest & MAWB to airlines 
Billing for local deliveries and verify vendors’ invoices. 
Issue invoice to customers and agents. 
Check job costing for every file handled and ensure no loss. 
Scanning of documents and filing into Kendox Archive. 
Follow up daily shipments orders and prepare full set of export documents. 
Perform any other related tasks as required or assigned by manager.
