Coordinate with overseas stores and Business Development to collect, organize, distribute, and archive franchise store setup information.
Manage communication and coordination with overseas franchisees for all pre‑opening matters, including design, construction, merchandising, and opening event materials.
Liaise with Marketing on production and delivery of promotional materials for upcoming store openings.
Assist the Training Department with issuing training notices and provide timely updates on registration progress.
Coordinate with Finance on payments related to site selection, design, engineering, collection, and support fees, ensuring accurate reconciliation.
Follow up with the Logistics team to confirm material readiness, delivery timelines, and tracking.
Monitor warehouse rental progress for distributors and provide necessary communication and guidance.
