Data-Driven Insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret operational data (e.g., performance metrics, productivity rates, cost data) to generate actionable insights and support decision-making.
Solution Design & Implementation: Develop and propose innovative solutions, workflows, and strategies to optimize operations. Lead or co‑lead the implementation of these changes.
