            Responsibilities  Liaise with contract cleaners and term contractors on school operations 
Conduct daily inspection checks for mosquito breeding, pest control, vandalism, water blockage, seepage, and canteen hygiene 
Escort and supervise contractors carrying out repair and maintenance works 
Perform simple maintenance and repair works, including basic electrical troubleshooting and carpentry tasks 
Assist with school decorations and general improvement works 
Support landscaping duties, fishpond maintenance, and upkeep of school gardens 
Maintain emergency store and provide updates on contractor work status 
Carry out other operational duties assigned by School Leaders and Operations Manager 
 Requirements  Minimum N Level certificate or equivalent 
At least 2 years of relevant experience in facilities management, maintenance, or landscaping
