            Responsibilities  Plan and schedule O&M activities across TTE solar sites in Singapore 
Ensure strict adherence to HSE standards 
Maintain O&M documentation 
Provide operational information of solar or ESS to support technical team 
Track Plant KPI – and create measures to mitigate any short fall 
Track O&M contractor performance and ensure performance KPIs are met 
Update O&M reports and submit the same to Regional Office 
Other tasks as assigned by reporting line manager 
Send period reports as requested 
Travel as required to project and related locations 
 Requirements  Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related fields 
Minimum 4 years of work experience in O&M activity or minimum 2 years in solar 
Experience in operation of battery storage system is plus but not mandatory
