We are looking for Operation Admin in assisting for phone call and reply email. They are the key person to support and coordinate project sales team to ensure daily documentation recorded and leads assigned are being follow up effectively.
Work in Operation Team to maintain client relationship and follow-up on enquire effectively;
Coordinate with various department in monitoring of project delivery schedule and ensure that all delivery is being carries out on time;
Coordinate with various department to support in documents validity maintenance, application documents validation, etc.;
Knowledge or have experienced before in preparing analysis report, basic flow and excel formula form/file;
Handle documents fulfillment, update any client’s related matter and project process;
Assist in company’s admin work, e.g. filling, documents re-arrange, goods ordering, etc.
Any other duties assigned by Management/HOD.
