Plan maintenance activities including server firmware upgrades, part changes, and rack maintenance 
Support automation and task delegation to improve operational efficiency 
Analyze health, consumption, performance, and capacity reports to generate work plans 
Manage hardware and software assets, including licensing and logical resources 
Diagnose and resolve medium to high complexity incidents 
Execute non-standard changes, requirements, and platform hardening for security 
Manage alarms and respond to feasibility requests for new features or projects 
Requirements Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 
Proven experience in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of UNIX/Linux and Windows environments
