Job Overview

This position is based in both Cape Town and Johannesburg, and it is a 12-month contract position.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Applying in-depth technical knowledge of Open Text products for technical implementation.
• Ensuring each Open Text product is correctly installed and configured to solution design and industry best practices.
• Ensuring that product integration is configured and utilized optimally and aligned to the correct API/web service.
• Applying a comprehensive understanding of the full setup and configuration of the system and its components.

Desired Experience & Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or applicable courses.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Specialist I Consultant or equivalent role.
• Experience working in large organizations.
• Experience with Open Text platform and products.
