Description and Requirements
The Open-Source Compliance Engineer will work closely with global development groups to review, track, and ensure compliance of open-source components used in Lenovo’s products. Responsibilities include validating license usage, supporting documentation requirements, coordinating with engineering teams to resolve compliance issues, and maintaining accurate records in compliance systems.
This role is a strong fit for someone early in their career who wishes to grow into software governance, compliance, or development program management roles. The engineer must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing many parallel projects.
