Assist in preparing OOH media plans, site recommendations, availability checks, rate comparisons, and proposal materials.
Compile site photos, maps, location rationale, media owner details, and supporting information for proposals.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure plans are aligned with client briefs, timelines, and budgets. Media Owner Coordination
Liaise with media owners on site availability, rates, packages, technical specifications, approvals, and booking confirmations.
Follow up on quotations, production timelines, installation schedules, proof-of-posting materials, and campaign updates.
